“Delta Express” has been in the international cargo transportation business since March, 1997.
“Delta Express” gradually has started taking its place on the Ukrainian market. At the same time mark of “Delta Express” deserved confidence and acknowledgement of the customers.
In a course of work we have confronted with the customers prejudice related to the image of the forwarding agent as unnecessary link, intermediary. The cause of it is in the ignorance of forwarding agency’s functions, new technologies, etc.
There was a challenge to change customers’ opinion of freight-forwarders as a phenomenon. There appeared a necessity of development, shaping and promoting by means of advertising and marketing of not only “Delta Express” trademark, but the activity of the forwarding agency as a whole. We had to explain why forwarding agency’s services have such high consumer value and why they are rather important nowadays.
Simultaneously with the fulfillment of the main functions - organization of the international cargo transportation “Delta Express” has started to promote European meaning of the freight-forwarder as a necessary link in a line-up of commodity circulation between the seller and the buyer.
Lately, in 2003 "Delta Express" has taken up airport handling business in Zaporizhe airport.

Basing on all these factors there was determined a mission of “Delta Express” on the market, company’s aims and principles of promoting these services to the Ukrainian market.
